Businesses, HOAs, and Property Managers we want your input! Join the conversation on proposed changes to trash and recycling collection in Summit County.
Possible changes include moving toward a utility based model where customers pay for service based on the volume of waste generated. This creates economic incentives to recycle more. Pay-As-You-Throw and Universal Recycling are policy tools communities use to significantly improve recycling rates.
